Hi! I’m Jessie Lavoie, and I’d be honoured to be your Mortgage Broker.

I began in the industry as an unlicensed assistant back in 2010, not really knowing where I wanted my life to take me. Fortunately, I fell in love with brokering and pursued my career after graduating from UBC Sauder School of Business with my Mortgage Brokering license in 2011.

A few short years later, my husband, Matt, and I welcomed our fur baby Golden Retriever, Bodhi. Not long after that, our family of three continued to grow when our baby boy Noah joined us in June 2016, and our daughter Audrey in August of 2019.

 I bring with me an abundance of experience and knowledge, and I strive to educate each one of my clients on the process of obtaining a mortgage for their home and empowering throughout what can be the biggest purchase of their lives. 

I am committed to making the financing process as smooth as possible.
